Caps, Pumps, and Sprayers: Matching Closures to Your Bottle

A great bottle with the wrong closure can undo months of product development. Here's a quick primer on the three closure families we supply most.

Screw caps

The simplest and most robust option — reliable sealing, low cost, and compatible with tamper-evident bands. A good default for anything that doesn't need metered dosing.

Lotion pumps

Deliver a consistent dose with every press, which matters for creams, lotions, and liquid soaps where over-dispensing wastes product. Neck size (commonly 24mm in our range) must match the bottle exactly.

Fine mist sprayers

Ideal for toners, hair mists, and room sprays where an even, fine spray pattern is part of the product experience. Spray pattern and dose size vary by actuator, so always test with your actual formulation viscosity.
